We, my wife & I were in an accident Sunday evening. I only recieved some bruised ribs, but my wife has a broken left arm, 28 staples in her right arm, & about 10 stiches at the corner of her left eye. She had surgery on Wednesday to put plates & screws to mend the broken bones.

A college aged young man was turning left on a green light, without a green arrow, he was charged with failure to yield right of way, I was going through the intersection on the green light. I never saw him until the second before impact. He was driving a '93 Toyota Camry.

nothing went "through" it. my wife hit her head on th top of the windshield & it spider webbed. it fell in when the tow truck started moving it.

Gosh it always happens in a split second.So glad you and wife were not hurt horribly.Broken bones are bad but it could hve been so much worse.God Bless!

I'm SO sorry to hear about your accident. I'll say some prayers for you both! We got into a bad accident on Martin Luther King Day a year ago. About a week after my man's Mother died. It was horrible. A cop was driving in front us when he decided to just stop on the highway in the left lane & pull onto the grass. We got hit from behind by this man who was like why the Hell did this cop stop like that? The cop ended up just leaving & went on his merry way. There was NO WAY that he didn't hear the crash. We all ended up to be OK but it was just scary. We had my man's father & our daughter in the car at the time & I had her checked out in the emergency room just as a precaution because she said that her head was hurting. My man & his father both had bad chest pains so they got checked out too. I was the only one that didn't get checked but did a few days later by my doctor because I was having neck & shoulder pain but after a few weeks of going to physical therpy, I was fine! God bless you & your wife! Like I said, I'll be praying for you both!

She has to go see the doc on the 24th. She still has some swelling & tingling, I told her to make sure he knows about it.

Doing much better, she went to the doctor on June 10 & he told her that he wanted to se her again in 3 months, which may be the last time he needed to see her.
